Course for children: preparation for Cambridge Starters/Movers exams
Course Description:
Pre A1 Starters, the former name of the Cambridge English: Starters (YLE Starters).
This is the very first step of a child on the path of learning English.
These exams introduce children to everyday spoken and written English, and are a great way to develop a child’s self-confidence and help them improve their English.
The test material is based on topics familiar to the child and tests the listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing skills necessary for effective communication in English.
The Pre A1 Starters exam will help your child take the first steps to:
— understanding of the basic content in English on the Internet
— reading books, listening to songs, watching TV shows and movies in English
— meet children from different countries of the world
This exam is taken by all candidates – each child receives a Cambridge certificate, which marks their achievements.
The test covers the main English language options (for example, British English and American English).
